what is the difference between a catback exhaust and a racing exhasut? Thanks

Catback exhaust normally means you keep the stock Cat in place & replace the exhaust from there back.

Racing exhaust, I would presume means replacing everything from the header back, to include the cat with either a mid pipe or high flow cat.
