Just go through the instructions and you'll be fine.
Page 5 of the installing manual instructs you to remove the VFAD vacuum lines.

The intake should have come with a small black vacuum cap to cap off the VFAD when you remove the lines. Just make sure the cap is firmly on.

Say if this wasn't caped , what Type of code could this throw out? When Mazda replaced my engine it was torn off now I cannot access it to cap it off due too it is now more of a hole then a hose line I could weld it close is the only thin I can think of to secure it co
Pletely or is there a way i can replace the whole thing ?

I'm not sure which vacuum nipple you are talking about. Maybe it's a language barrier, try and post a pic.

Ah, ok. Well that is plastic. You could try using epoxy to fill it but there is always the danger of it coming loose and getting sucked into the engine. The best best is to replace the upper intake manifold.

Try the parts for sale section in the forums. I know I've seen a few in the past few weeks

I have an extra one but I'm not sure about shipping it to Canada. But if you can't find anything make me an offer and we'll see what we can do.
