Shinka upgrades?

Bad news is my Shinka is being repaired after a front end collision.

Good news may be that I can upgrade some suspension parts without paying for labor. I am not a tuner, but I want to make the most out of a bad situation.

The suspension repair includes replacing the front stabilizer bar. I was wondering if the Shinka suspension already includes a beefed up stabilizer bar or whether it might be worthwhile upgrading to the Mazdaspeed front stabilizer bar. Insurance is paying for the labor and replacement cost of the existing stabilizer bar.

Also, if I upgrade to a stiffer Mazdaspeed front stabilizer bar, should I also replace the rear stabilizer bar at the same time (any problems with a stiffer bar up front than in the rear)?

Also, is the Mazdaspeed front strut tower bar upgrade a worthy replacement? I do not know if the Shinka has a different tower brace than the GT (I doubt it). Mine is not damaged but it will be removed for the repair, so I would not have to pay for labor, only for the part.

What other upgrades should I look into? Basically the entire suspension on the left front side is being replaced.

Finally, my local dealer will only give me 10% off MSRP on Mazdaspeed components. Who do you recommend as a reliable vendor?

Thanks for any replies!
