Small mod advice

Just did this simple lisence plate mod and I think the car looks much better . I'm abit worried though that the plate is blockin to much air from comming in? I noticed the grill has very few holes in it aswell, just a few on the sides.

Unless you added a real water temp gauge to watch things I would put the plate back. Your blocking most of the airflow to the radiator & A/C condenser.

If you inspect the center grill, you'll notice that the majority of it is solid and does not permit flow. My gigantic NJ license plate only blocks like an inch of useful grill. The bottom passage ways probably contribute as much flow as the center grill.

Back to standard look heh. Damn these laws in norway, we have to have a license plate in front and back, can't even get a smaller one

I have my license plate exactly where yours is. In switzerland, license plates are much smaller than yours. I have oil and water temperature and I can say for sure that the license plate "increases" the water temp about 5-6degress celsius. I also have the strong feeling that the oil temperature is a little higher 3-4degree celsius.
I think I am going to put the license plate back to its original location. Long term reliability could be affected.
