Someone give me a diy on how to install AEM uego
Like the title says and here's a bit of info on my car to assist with the diy.
I'm using the turboXS exhaust without cat so therefore I can just us the current bung and remove the rear O2 sensor right? If so what do I do with the old harness that's attached to the trans currently cover it, remove it, or screw it. The Inside install is straight forward except for the power source. What and where do I tap in for power and ground. Also seems as if there's a mile of cable what did you do with the excess.
add on: I already have the RB gauges installed will this affect where I draw power and yes I will be going through the trans tunnel with the AEM wiring as well

Yes you can use that bung. Just ziptie the old harness out of the way. To tap in for power, I went directly to the fuse box. As for the mile of cable, I coiled it up and ziptied it out of the way by the shifter out of sight

ok sounds fair enough maybe i'm trying to make this harder than it is but which fuse box? also where did you put the ground wire.
Pics would be helpful of the wiring.
Blue wire is useless and so is the white wire right? I'm using the AP so i'll pull data from the stock o2 sensor therefore no need for ither wire right.
I don't have the gauge in my hands as it's supposed to be here tomorrow so maybe it will make a bit more since then? I take pics and write a full diy when I install.

and your looking for the fuse box on the drivers side kick panel.. the one that you have to pop the cover off to see the fuses. remove the whole kick panel and use a volt meter to find a good 12v ignition source. but again if your using the racing beat ashtray pod tap your power in to the cigarette lighter wire, its within inches of your guage

^what he said
but if you don't mount it in the ash tray I grounded it to a spot on the obd bracket with a self tapping screw.
once you start doing it, it is very easy, you will see

i would suggest putting in a inline fuse on your power wire.. just use one of those mini fuses..cause i mean do you know which side of the fuse you have your wire on? is it the power side or the accessory side? if its on the power side even if that fuse in the box blows your gauge will still have power and it may burn it out
