This may be a stupid question but do you have to take apart the AEM CAI to install this new undertray? I bought my car with the AEM CAI already in it so I'm not sure how to exactly uninstall it since I didn't actually install it...

looks like you just disconect 2 of the sections you would have plenty of room to put in the tray.

WTB: as EMS mentioned, just unsrew the clips that hold the coupler and it comes apart.
the AEM is one of the easiest intakes to work with.

Disconnect the MAF Sensor wire harnes.
Loosen the second hose clamp from the throttle body forward.
Loosen the hose clamp on the flex coupler on the side towards the engine.
Lift up at the throttle body side and lift it out.

i should be picking up one of these fairly soon when i order my mazdaspeed CAI. You guys at BHR always put out great products!

Crap, I like the no show idea, oh well. I would get the black one anyway, it's only $10 more and purple would clash with my colors

Thanks. I just remembered that I forgot to put some heat shielding material underneath it. I guess I'll be taking it back out to do that.
