Has anyone changed this for a smaller less cumbersome one?

I just wondered.....

 

FEED sells a kit that provides an adaptor hub and airbag warning light disabler

 

Do you know where you can buy that? Besides FEED Website or who can get it?

 

Has anyone thought of using a steering wheel with a multiplier?

 

why would you feel the need for that?

 

whats a multiplier?

 

more or less a gearbox for changing the steering ratio

 

I used a smaller wheel in my miata, it was a 322mm wheel I think, about 2" smaller diameter than stock, mostly for clearence issues (the stock wheel in that car was HUGE and no tilt/telescope so my legs would rub on it with the race seats) It was a great match to the manual steering rack. I loved it, a little more work at low speeds, but the highspeed feed back was nice.
