Is the arm the same as the mazdaspeed intake? I've heard they are I just don't get why one is more expensive than the other.

Yup, they are identical minus the ms sticker, aem designed the cold air intake for mazdaspeed I believe.

I have an AEM and the sound is amazing! I would definitely look at getting one
