hey guys, just wondering what would be the result of putting a turbo exhaust on rx8 without a turbo. example greddy EVOTT exhaust?

It will be quite loud due to a lack of muffling from the turbo being present I believe.

More noise and $1,000 poorer. if your looking for more power your not going to find much in the exhaust system. It does look like it might save a few pounds however.

overall, there is nothing major except for sound. 3 inch piping is louder. no difference in power. weight depends on what exhaust.

i dunno about the weight of the greddy, but
the hks hi-power is for turbo and its a lot lighter because it's a single outlet.

At places like NYC they have the right to give you a ticket if your exhaust for being too loud.

HKS Hi-Power is a good choice but it looks kinda weird if theres only 1 exhaust coming out.

Who has the EvoTT anyway ? 1K for exhaust seems kinda ...
