Just bought myself the "Rotary Magazine" Vol 8, 2004 (Japanese).

- Trust has a turbo giving 60ps.
- Blitz has a supercharger perhaps giving 80ps.
- Knight Sports has an SC giving 35-40 ps.
- Phoenix Power and Pan Speed has some kind of "Turbo gate",
whatever that is.

So what to get?

60ps? I hope it's cheap. I would not want to spend much and voide my warranty for 60ps.

I would guess it's reliable though. Waiting for SSR.

Old news. Do a search. I posted translations on the major kits that will likely be coming to the US... i.e. Trust/GReddy. I had info from Vol. 8 of RE Rotary Magazine and No. 021 of RX-7 Magazine. I just picked up a copy of RX-8 Sports Magazine and will be posting up info on the various JDM exhausts, suspension kits, and bodykits. It has a VERY good looking article on the Renesis... intake, exhaust, ports, timing, etc... everything. NO way I'm translation all that. But depending on what I learn, I might post up some pearls of wisdom that I can gleen from it.

 

Where did you find the "RX-8 sports" magazine?

 

Tsutaya. I've found it at one in Oizumi (Nerima-ku) and at Nerima Kasugacho (Nerima-ku). I HIGHLY recommend this issue. There is so much good info... exhausts, suspension kits, review of the Mazda MS kit, brake kits, detailed discussion of the Renesis engine... A definite MUST read. I just picked it up and was out of town yesterday, so I have hardly read any of it... but looking forward to much more.
