Has anyone tried it yet? They claim 251 bhp (crank) which is a significant gain of 20+ hp just with tuning (basemap), CAI, and Catback.

Is it programmable?

it's a piggyback and hence, not STU legal, try searching next time too ...

yes people have tried it. it can only be tuned by one of their dealers.

What does it pick up to the wheels? We all know we don't really have 238hp, but we average about 180whp. I'd be more interested in how much more you get to the wheels after having all the above mentioned mods.
