So if I have an RE intake and I take in for a warranty claim on the engine for something like AC or whatever, they will not say anything about it ?

There is no way to void your whole warranty.
If a factory part fails, it is covered unless they can prove that the failure was caused by a modification or misuse, such as off-roading, towing, or racing.
If you add an intake, and then your tranny goes out, your AC quits or a window motor goes, you're fine. If your MAF gets fouled up with oil and gets ruined, or you strip threads on bolts installing it, you're not. It's that simple.
