I was thinking of upgrading my clutch to something that will grab alot better at high rpm with out grinding, because going to second at high rpm if grinds the sh** out of second gear, so I am thinking of getting something that wouldnt do that, any good ideas? anyone change there clutch out to something like that? Any imput would be great thanks.

 

your clutch is most likely fine, its your synchros that might be shot...anyways the exedy stage 1 is perfect

not sure the grinding is anything to do with the clutch as much as it is asking the syncros to do too much

ok sounds good, and yeah i put redline in the tranny at about 60k. i alosj ust found out my hydraulic clutch hose is leaking and need to replace it, could that cause this issue as well? has anyone else had this issue?
