What high flow cat

Well got the news the other day my cat is dying so I thought id trade up to a high flow so the 2 ive seen are the RP supercat and the pettit HF cat but I was just wondering what the current opinion is on them.
I should also say im not interested in making one up cos it would cos more with the prices of things here.
