In what order should I do these....

Hi,
I know this has been discussed before, I tried search but I'm obviously using the wrong keywords..

MS Sway bars
MS shocks & springs
MS F&R strut bars
MS Performace bars (chassis bracing)
Light weight flywheel & heavy duty clutch
Lightweight Wheels
UD pulleys
Hymee exhaust
Hymee SC :-) please hymee please...come though with this :p

TIA

in that exact order, but skip the UD pulleys and use some lightened ones

It's okay to make a thread of your own.

Personally, I would focus on extracting more power from this engine, if the resources were available. Your path is fine for the time being. Good luck with your project.

i really think you should focus more on handling for now. there are so many great products for suspension and brakes and the same could not be said so confidently about hp gainers. the sways and drop make my car so much fun to drive and being able to really stop is a life saver:D

you should change the shocks and springs to something offers more flexibility, like tein or jic coilovers...

Cut springs? Cutting springs, whether stock or aftermarket, is a big no-no. You'll definitely mess up your ride. If you use a cutting torch to cut a spring, I believe the heat can cause deformation, at a visible, or atomic level.

It's debatable. The book that pur nrg suggested didn't bitch and moan about cutting springs. It's really a poor-mans fix. People have been doing it for decades. My dad used to heat his leaf springs to get a drop because he was poor (this was when you could get a hamburger for a quarter) :P

As long as you aren't bottoming out, you're fine. You might have to replace your springs sooner, or your shocks, but those are meant to take wear. If you are bottoming out, however, you might want to replace them soon.
