Apparently Google Video hates ME! I've clicked on it 3 times and gotten IE erros (yeah yeah, don't even start with the Firefox crap... )

I'll try later or I'll check it out on my laptop when I get a chance.

Yeah, I tightened the gate some more, and I hit 14 but it won't stay there, and slides down to about 7-8 still. And my turbo smokes more and more lately, will be replacing it soon.

Back to topic.
Is there a fuse of some sort in the circuit?
I can't remember, how it was setup as it was a while ago.

That purge valve, how is it wired? Did you install it before or after?
If you had it working, and then it stopped and new unit did not even work once, It has got to be a problem with the wiring...

[QUOTE=Charles R. Hill;2014252]If it isn't too lengthy, maybe explain where you pick up the power for each of your 12v leads and where you have your ground for the system located.

Beats the crap outta me.
If the power is right, the TB signal is read where it should be read from, the ground is there, there is no short circuits, the fuse is in shape...
If we've taken everything that connects the unit to the car out of the equation, I see it as nothing else but a faulty controller. Could it be that ZEX might have had a bug in the units that were released during a certain period of time?

HP is not cheap you are right about that. IMO it is worth it, either way wish you the best of luck. If you can, get a ride in a FI-ed 8 and that will maybe sway you?
