If you run into trouble a 5/16" drill bit and a bunch of these will be needed .

OK so I just got my stage 2 BBK from Pettit via UPS, and would like to know;
what do I need to do to replace my stock brake lines with the stainless steel braided brake lines and racing brake fluid I got with the kit?

Remove existing lines, fit new lines, bleed brakes. When you remove the old lines you will obviously lose fluid but you wont loose all of it. So when you add your new fluid you should try and flush a reasonable amount out.

Cheers

That IS the rotor.

Get the caliper off, remove the pads, then use this tool to "screw" the piston back into the caliper.

Take the caliper off, the rotor should pull off.

That threaded hole is a puller hole, in case it's rusted on.

Anyone know what direction the slots on the rotors go?

The one on the right is the passenger side - the outer tips of the slots face forward.

Well I have faild. I cant get the bolts off that hold the caliper on and I'm afraid that I'll strip it. Guess I'll have my dealer do it. Sux but I just dont have power tools to do the job.

Do you have a Breaker Bar? Or even a section of pipe over a rachet handle. So long as you have the correct socket ( I think the rear's are 14 or 17mm ) you should not strip the bolt heads.

Cool

Make sure you use a six-point socket - a twelve will rip off all the corners.

....and like Expo says - get a piece of pipe on that wrench, ya girly-boy !

Guys I tryed. I have a 3 pice pipe you can build from 6in up to 18in so you can pry stuff off and that did not work. So i tryed a hammer rubber mallet and that did not work? I have 50k miles. I think I need a power tool. It might be rusted on.

Yup I checked that.

That would be cool to. I was just going to pump out as much as I can or look for a bleader where you add brake fluid next to the master c.
