sorry guys, maybe a pic would help better. mine comes off of there but one goes to my BOV, the other goes through a check valve to the chamber under the UIM with the solenoids on it. would i just be able to remove the line with the check valve and cap off the chamber nipple? also you notice the blue cap on the nipple below. what was that for? i capped it off since i didn't think it should be open.

my car is not running properly after i got my engine rebuilt. i put the blue cap on there to eliminate any possibilities. tomorrow i will try and test the vacuum reading. after that i guess i need to check my fuel injectors.

One of the crush washers did not seal right on the turbo so it was leaking coolant from the cap that bolts on the opposite side of the coolant feed nipple. Because of this it was leaking coolant. The turbo was sent back to BNR and was inspected and a new crush washer was installed. Yes, I could have easily done this myself instead of sending it back. But as vendor myself I appreciate it when someone tells me that one of my products had a small thing a ma jig so that I will make sure it does not happen again. The kit is fine and complete. I took everything back off. In the pics on the AEM intake, there is an extra piece right behind the capped off nipples. This piece need to be taken off so that it can be routed down to the turbo feed pipe. I had to put that part on to route it back to the TB so that I could take the turbo off.
Also the original owner has other plans. You only get so much with a turbo auto. For what he wants, it is better to start with a different foundation.
The only piece I have in my possession is the restrictor nipple that goes to the turbo. I need to give that back to him.
At least this kit will be easy for the next guy to install. All the instructions are here online...lol.
P.S. The crack in the exhaust manifold has been repaired .

Hey man I was once boosted but now I'm not. I had a few questions for the community that use this as a guide bc I will when I do it again.
1.What size oil restrictor did you use, if any, on the oil feed line?
2. Did you have to use any one way check valves on the lines connecting to the pipe with the recirculation fitting? (I used them on my install)

Just make sure that you use the right restirctor size, they are different between journal bearings and ball bearing turbos. Consult the manufacturer to be 100% sure. Too much will blow through the seals and damage the turbo.
X-attack,
I used the restrictor that came with the Greddy kit and this kit also had the greddy fix.
All the pics show everything and is very easy to duplicate.

okay so the pressure switch is proving to be an unimaginabe PITA... any tips for getting the oil feed line installed? I have to mention that my 8 does have a block heater and it seems to be in the way. Also dont have a 23mm wrench or socket to get on the line between the oil filter assembly and the front of the engine to remove it to get at the line. would love to hear what some of you guys have done to get at the oil pres switch. Here is one way I think I did it way different then the directions, but man it was way easier overall for me.
The dreaded oil pressure sensor / oil feed line to turbo hook up.
I routed the oil feed line across the back of the engine, there is allot of extra length thank gosh.
I removed the oil filter neck assembly and wollah, a **** load of room to mess with the oil sensor.
You need to make sure that you put the longer fitting in the engine and the shorter one going to the turbo. They are not that much difference in length but long enough to allow clearance for the turbo feed line to clear the tranny housing.
So, you have the t-fitting to engine with the longer adapter. The shorter adapter going to the turbo feed line and the pressure sensor just screws in on the end. Make sure that you try to tighten everything with the feed line to turbo facing the back of the car.
Next you put the oil filter neck assembly back on and there you go.
P.S. Now would be a good time to change your oil filter..hehehe
