15k Service / fuel injection service question

Just had my 15k service @ Mazda Dealership, and reading the ticket;
(I know, I should have asked them; bad move)

IFLU BG FUEL INJECTION SERVICE / WITH FUEL TANK ADDITIVE
(TANK SHOULD BE TOPPED OFF AFTER ADDING)
3414 cm ....$99.75

1 K2901 BG FUEL SERVICE ....$58.03
Question:
What service, besides adding an additive, do you think was done?
Actual injector cleaning tool hooked up to high pressure line?

bg44k is the best, get a can and add to the tank.

I feel like I did when I found out my old dog Patches didn't really go to live on a ranch and play all day...

Any other Dealership scams I should look out for?

I use this stuff every 6k or so. Great stuff.
Oh and it cost around $25 bucks. --- Ebay sales will give you a deal if you shop around.

Picked up 4 cans of bg-44k for $60 shipped off of ebay.

That's pretty pricey. Regular use of Lucas or the like is sufficient, along with quality detergent gasolines. As well of course "a redline a day ..."

It is pricey mainly I think because many dealerships still use the product and it works.
I've never used Lucas but i believe I would if I had to to

Can't go wrong with either product

Good Question, "kerosene?" -

Also, my ride rough idles and vibrates the car when placed on drive! can it be due to the primary injectors being clogged or so?
