Nice damn good. How the compression on the engine I'd imagine healthy considering the numbers. What gear did you dyno in? how many pulls?

so you got these numbers running e55?? why injector changes??? there are people with aem intake, header and full exhaust bhr ignition making the same power with good tunes. with the odd mods youve done i wouldve expected more??

lets see the dyno graphs I have only been shown one other dyno graph that has been higher and to clarify are you looking at BHP or RWHP? and the one that was higher has a better exhaust system.

There are a few

OE engine/flywheel/clutch with Cobb tune, premium gasoline, custom CAI, OE coils, and the exhaust system theory everyone argues against:

an ultra low inertia mini clutch setup would alter this quite a bit on a dyno readout.

Tamra’s DSP E85 dyno, engine internally is stock/home built with Cobb tune, exhaust/intake mods, not sure which clutch/flywheel was on it then, might have been the same Mazdatrix race flywheel with 7.25” race clutch that’s on it now

All of these are around the same! so it seems as if I am making what it should and yes perhaps there could be minor adjustments to gain a hp or 2 here or there.

You want to keep it below 1650*F. Nobody is using EGT that I know of, but I’ll have it the next go around. On my dyno above it made several more hp leaned out to the upper 13 range.

Imo with that clutch/flywheel, which is a huge reduction in MOI over the OE clutch/flywheel, a strong Renesis should be around 235 hp and 160 ft-lb

on an engine dyno it’d be around 270 bhp/190 ft-lbs. I can post some of those up if you want.

Looks like you got the intake valve windows smoothed out nicely, with only a slight blip at the APV engagement.

What level of smoothing are you using on the graph? I'm guessing not much, making it all the more impressive.

Looks a lot like my ND dev maps in the top-end, which were all done at 0 or 1 on a DJ 224x.

DynoJets can read a little on the generous side, but they are also one of the most common dynos in the states, so comparisons within the realization that dyno-to-dyno even within a brand can vary widely, are still fair. The smoothness of power delivery through the band as represented is the impressive bit.
