Ok I've made a new MAF scale from scratch to use as a starting point based on the info from you guys. Its a stock maf scale raised 3% in the middle then set at the points you guys suggested up top. I've also raised my injectors from 1100 to the 1130 value. I'll try to scale those big injectors first before I make any Maf changes. Hopefuly I can get it close enough to only make minor Maf changes and leave the rest to VE.

"we will need to know your engine size in cubic inches- be truthful, we won't judge."

my favorite part so far. I'm on page 16 so once I read it all I'll be trying this thing out.

You are only 1-3% different than mine so give it a go...

You can tune your cruising areas to check for a trend (while only using one injector) - and then scale the whole MAF accordingly until you verify your injector size.

Ok without touching the maf I've adjusted the injectors and gotten to this Baseline result. Idle and cruising are still ok. Mind you this is a short log, so there arent alot of data points to average the results.
I've changed:

Bank 1 to 329(from 369)+11%
Bank 2 to 456(from 476) +4%
Bank 3 to 900(from 1130) +20%

No =/ Not really interested in mounting any more guages in my car.

From what I've seen the car has no problems holding steady pressure up top. When I had it running rich it would hold the afr guage pegged rich through steady 12.5psi every time.

That's important....the FP can be a big problem Maybe should at least mount a temporary setup to check it.

I would have FP over OP any day on a turbo'd car...especially with the POS fuel pump that comes stock

Interested in keeping your motor?

But you don't know if that's because you've added a bunch of injector duty cycle to compensate for low pressure.

There is a pretty sudden drop in injector output once you pass the "knee" in the pressure curve.
It'll all seem great and then boom.

All thats confirmed I've added is 11% to the primary and 4% to the secondary. The change to the P2 is meaningless since I have no idea what size they actually are as Kane pointed out. I've had my Maf hugely expanded this whole time to get the fuel. Now that I'm not doing that I have to "properly" scale those P2s and figure out what size they really are.

If it helps my injectors had to be scaled up 15% to compensate for the flow testing at 2.5 bar to what they actually flowed...

Now my STFT at start up are less than 5 and I have no LTFT.

From Andy (Custom Turbo Mazdaspeed6)

PPO2’s shift **** is THE perfect addition to my gear selector setup. Just added this to a stage 2 STS w/ solid bushings and removal of the shift weight. The stock shift **** was too heavy and this **** fit the nitch. The **** itself is well shaped for my hands and allows for smooth transitions between shifts. Really have nothing negative to say about it.
On to the tuning: Point blank, when I started this journey into FI tuning I was a complete idiot/noob. The extend of my knowledge dealt in small/big block motors where “tuning” was done via the engine build, timing, and distributors. PPO2’s baseline tuner is the epitome of K.I.S.S. (keep it simple stupid) With a short session of data entry and a push of the “EASY” button, whaa-laaa, I had a super reliable base-line tune. Now with a lot of help from PPO2 we have tweaked my so-so daily driver into a really reliable, super fun, asphalt basher. Here are some pictures of the shift **** for the viewing enjoyment of all.

I'd delete that comment...Those interested have already seen it but it can keep the "newer" guys from downloading the beta version once the full version hits the shelves. Gotta keep as much money in this guys pockets as possible.

It's cool, if they want to rock the beta forever then more power to them.

There are some funny drawbacks to that plan...LOLZ BTDT and you'd be surprised what gets messed up these days.
