Baseline Automated Tuning Beta Now Available for Download
#159
I have Half of the MAF Tool done - kinda behind... I need to change the entire software to be load based compatible.... so if I am not too slammed I should have it out in a few more days.
PS - The upside is that it is really easy to do.... even easier than my old beta.

Ok; everyone go and read my MAF Tuning sticky here: https://www.rx8club.com/series-i-engine-tuning-forum-63/how-scale-your-maf-flash-tuning-cobb-hymee-169597/
The new version of Baseline does the same thing only automatically.
So step one is to set up your car in Baseline ***IMPORTANT: ODBII ONLY LOGS ONE INJECTOR - YOU MUST ONLY SET UP ONE INJECTOR!!!!!!!!!! Set up one big injector if you want.... 280+380+380cc's for stock.***
Then set up your scales (use the ones in cobb or hymee's tool) - and set up your target AFR's (again just copy the ones in your EMS).
OK; so once that is done when you drive and log (long slow pulls just like the sticky) - and select the MAF Scale button you can see the M-Values based on MAF Voltage OR go to the View My Tune information to see more details like AFR, Load Etc....
Make the % changes needed (or just multiply the original values by the M-Value) and reload and re-tune.
Be sure to reset the Fuel trims and or ensure you are not in closed loop; there are too many ways to go about this so I won't really comment too much about style points....
However; with warmed up car and flashed fuel trims - the scaling does work fine as long as your not waiting to log - IE log before you build fuel trims. Or just make sure your in open loop.

PS - READ THE HELP FILE!!!! This is not a toy; you need to sit down block out some time and set up your motor properly the first time. Otherwise you are going to have problems.
But again - once you set it up you're done, and tuning with it is very fast.
