Bogging down with every map for cobb ap
Installed AP. Used the base calibration map from MM. Started bogging down at red lights and when I had my car in reverse. Idle is fine though. Idles at 5/g, 1.2 volts on the MAF. So I loaded the base map that comes with AP. SAME THING.. I've reset the PCM and started all over. I get the same thing. I didnt do this before AP. When I unistalled ap completely and it ran just fine. Ill go do a datalog in a sec to see if ya'll see any trash in it.

what were your fuel trims?
obligatory question: you sure you downloaded / installed the right map? (ie; you don't somehow have a CA RX-8 or the M.Y. matches what the AP says?)

Wait... your'e runing a map from Cobb or you downloaded the base map from MM's site?
This is why I'm asking which base map you're running.
The two posts dont match.

ok ive attached a file. I have the data log and the actual map if you want to open it and see.
On line 1655, thats when i put the car in reverse with the brake held down. rpms drop drastically and sometimes bogs all the way down.
also my longterm fuel trims were WAYYYY off this time.

It sounds like it is just building up it's fuel trim memory, slowly.
Do you change base maps frequently? It would take a few drive cycles to memorize the right percentages, with each map change putting you back at 'square one'.
