COBB AP CEL masked, force readiness for inspection

COBB AP CEL masked, force readiness for inspection
Long story shot I am having a hell of a time getting my car to have the monitors active to get an inspection. I currently have p0420, p0410, p2096 all masked with my Cobb. Drove 100 miles an catalyst monitor, secondary air system, and oxygen sensor will not ready.
How do you force readiness with a Cobb? Or how do I get this car inspected?

Yes, you can. Have you masked it in both places? Masking in only 1 will not be sufficient for passing emissions. I don't know specifically where both locations are, but I have seen quite a few references to 2 locations being needed in the MazdaEdit thread.

Yeah, the discussion is MazdaEdit, but it should be the same tables, albeit possibly with different labels in the software.

Hmm. Interesting. I know that it is possible to have all readiness monitors at Complete with the Cobb with CELs masked, mine from MM was, and i know it was blocking at least the cat, rear O2 and air pump CELs.

Also if I uninstall the AP and let the codes pop up will the monitors become ready?
I think I will leave it for a tank, and see what happens I just need an inspection bad, going on 8 months expired. I knew I should have done it before I put the car away.

Just saw your edit, car so far is running great. No misfires like I was having this year which is why this code made no sense to me, I did change from an exoticspeed catted midpipe to an OBX straight pipe, not sure if that has something to do with it.
Looks like I am screwed either way with the P0420 and the P0410 as the both have separate monitors and I cannot have 2 inactive.

In my experience, 4 years now, evap and air pump will both fail with air pump disconnected.
They run (readiness) at the same time... Engine cool 6 hours roughly.
Past two years (since I did my air pump delete) I have had to plug mine back in for the week leading up to the test.
If you don't mask the air pump pid it will continue to fail but evap will then pass. Unmasking the air pump pic will get it to pass, but it may take a couple mornings. A few times my readiness test will still fail being out of spec 1-2 ms.
Reason why you didn't have problems before is likely what team pointed out. Only one test can fail.

Just posting this from another past thread. From what I read in various searches the readiness tests should still all set so sorry for the misinformation:
EDIT: color-coded for classification groupings.

Yeah his list is crazy.
I'd start with P0172 System too rich and block explicitly from there as the additional codes are thrown.
You'll get air pump problem and o2 at some point.
Oddly enough masking the o2 CEL has no affect on the catalyst test.

Now I still have both my airpump and my CAT, I do not however have the pipe and the solenoid that connects the air pump to the header. If I just install it and plug it in but do not hook it up to the header and let it pump freely under the hood will it make any difference or will it satisfy the monitor?
I can throw them both back in this weekend and uninstall my cobb and I should get no codes, assuming P2096 decides to not be a little bitch ( I cleaned my maf and found two small leaks that where all pre MAR anyways though so I doubt it made a difference)

What you describe for the air pump is precisely what I do, temporarily. I do still have the solenoid but it is capped.
I have noticed that the readiness test will still periodically fail exceeding the defined run time threshold by a couple milliseconds. I've never fully understood why this happens but since my evap eventually passes its not that big of a deal.

What made this even more complicated for me was when I cutover to the adaptronic and eventually figured out it was shorting the evap harness wire.
Needless to say I had a hairy time 3 years ago prepping for the OBD2 test.

That's a lean code. Doubt it would impact a readiness test. I'd be more worried about it happening under load.
This is also not a code I would mask. I only mask the rich codes since I run in the 11s under boost.

I honestly think the P2096 CEL is from my OBX pipe, that is the only thing I changed this year, last year I ran my exoticspeed pipe which had a cat in it so the ECU saw some change from sensor to sensor this year it is not seeing a change and I think that is throwing this code.
I run right at 14.7 cruise and 12.2 under WOT, I have no lean spots so IMO their is nothing else that can be throwing this code.
