Erratic Injector pulse

Last week someone brought a Greddy turbo'ed 2006 RX8 to our shop. They installed the turbo kit and the Upgrade Emanage Ultimate on the car with the Greddy harness. The car was running on a calibration file that they got from another RX8 owner. Even though the installation looked good and the car ran perfectly on the factory ECU, when running on the emanage it seemed to ping or misfire, just revving the car in neutral or on light load in gear, at very low load and throttle input (less than 20% throttle, and still in vacuum. )
After going through the harness, bringing it back to Greddy for inspection, using a known good emanage Ultimate given to us on loan from Greddy, and trying numerous changes to the calibration including one loaded in untouched at Greddy R+D, the car still runs the same. I datalogged a few runs on the street and one in the shop, revving the car in neutral. The only thing going wrong is that the fuel injectors all cut out as soon as you rev the engine. You can see that the RPM signal, the air flow signal, and the Greddy pressure signal are still readable. We have tried grounding the emanage to the battery and the chassis with no changes. We even relocated the injector ground to a sensor ground and that didn't change anything.
I have enclosed a zipped copy of this file. Hopefully someone here will recognize something. I remember seeing this type of signal drop on another emanage with the ignition a couple years back but never saw any resolution to the problem.

Update on our progress:
The car is now at Greddy R+D. After inspecting the emanage and its harness and finding no defects, they hooked up a bypass harness to take the emanage out of the loop while leaving the adapter harness and the emanage connected, so the car will run on the factory computer. The car continues to misfire and run rough every time you rev it.

Based on these results one of the possibilities are that the ECU pinouts could be different on the 2006 RX8. I have the wiring diagram and pinouts for the 2005 and earlier models, but I can't get my hands on the 2006 version.

Does anybody here know where I can find the wiring diagram and pinouts for the 2006?
