Ethanol Tuning Adaptronic Modular PNP Rx8 Unit
Hi Everyone,
I have been tuning my personal car with the new Adaptronic Modular Rx8 PnP unit.
Motor has 110k miles on it.
Compression is around 90psi
AEM intake
Full exhaust + header
Stock Injectors
Stock Fuel pump
Flex Fuel Sensor
Fuel Pressure Sensor
Dual EGTS
Dual Widebands
IGN-1A Ignition Coils w/ Custom MSD Wires
NGK R7420-11 spark plugs
Fuel is ethanol E80 according to the flex fuel sensor.
My Target A/f currently is 13.1
We will be getting the car on the dyno soon to see the numbers but so far all the tuning has been done on the street.
Car pulls very happily to redline so I am ready to hit the dyno.
Breakdown of its current stats @8736 rpms
Fuel Pressure - 56.69PSI
MAF 184 G/ps (roughly scaled in the adaptronic)
IMAP - -1.255 inHG
Ethanol Content - 80.39%
Primary Injection timing - 0
P2 Injection timing - 270
Secondary Injection timing - 375
Rotor 1 A/F (gasoline scaling) - 12.69
Rotor 1 EGT - 1322 F
Rotor 2 A/F (gasoline Scaling) - 12.85
Rotor 2 EGT - 1345 F
Leading Ignition timing is 25.8 degrees
Split timing is 15 degrees
