Injector Dynamic 1000CC Latencies
Hey Guys
Getting a pair of these installed in my secondaries and was wondering has anyone played with the latencies/dead time of these?
The closest info they have is for EFI Live, however they listed the table as Battery Volts and Manifold Vacuum (kpa) rather then Volts v Baro
So if anyone had any info on the latencies it will be greatly appreciated!
Update
Hey Guys
Been working with Paul Yaw
He has mapped out all the ID Injectors and their scaling. *to confirm, the injector flow (cc/min) is the scaling that has being accounted for our ecu's injector scaling, so another copy and paste figure. Of course it should require further finesse to get ur fuel spot on, but it provides a good starting point.
Tables have been converted to standard mazda table format, all ready for copy paste!
Enjoy guys!

In addition to the statement above you can read some more of the typical forum asshattery on the subject from the usual forum clowns here

Try contacting Tony or maybe dannobre or JETS3T8

Hey team
thanks for the link, ive already read through that post, just the general vendor v vendor bashing that goes around. I have that latency table, just trying to figure out how they plotted it vs BARO, thanks for the names by the way

The ecu uses rpm, load, and baro to estimate manifold vacuum, which is what actually affects latency. At least according to me.
https://www.rx8club.com/series-i-engine-tuning-forum-63/injector-latency-manifold-pressure-229295/
So, IMO, Injector Dynamics tables are correct, and copy-pasteable.

oops my bad on typo on surname.
Yep we talked about this oltmann to try see what the baro table meant.
As Paul said and i quote from his email
"The units do not make sense, as a barometric pressure of zero would never
exist in practice, and would not need to be accounted for. (Unless you
launched the car into outer space.)"
So yea guys, here is the info go enjoy!
