Hi!
The mazsport's Int-X cannot connect to my laptop. The problem happened since I reinstall my windows and did not touch my car all winter . It was connected strong at autumn.
I have XP home edition and USB-com adapter cable. Zeitronix and haltech connects fine.
Any suggestions?

Are you getting a message from the PC? If so, what exactly does it say? Is the Microtech software installed since you re-installed your operating system?

 

Probably the Serial to USB adapter......check the Com port it is set to.....Microtech software used Com1 or 2 only

Using the dongle ??

 

without the dongle it won't connect. Also make sure you have the right driver for the COM to USB adapter. If you PC has a COM port I would recommend just connecting it that way.

I suppose the problem is in USB cable driver or XP version.
Yes, the "black box" was connected.
The last version of software downloaded (com port 1-4).
I'll test tomorrow.

 

The problem solved. I replaced USB driver.
