I swear to god I live in the wrong country. Nobody here knows how to use the MicroTech software so I am stuck with Scott's 93 octane base map @ 6.5psi.

My idle is too rich, (10.5-11) and I have some lean spots while accelerating slowly in vaccum (16.5-17.5 @ 4,000 rpm in 2nd and 3rd gear )

Are there any easy things I can do myself to improve things? I thought by ordering the wideband o2 sensor kit by Mazsport for the int-x that it would make it easier for me to street tune.
Weren't you gonna send me your dongle?

Yep. But having an extra base map won't help me because all cars are slightly different. They will get me close but I need to know what to adjust to get a perfect tune.

Scott's 91 and 93 octane maps are pretty damn good at WOT and open loop but I find it way too lean in closed loop and the idle is too rich.

Would it be possible to buy your base map then I could datalog my car for a while with the WBO2 sensor kit for the int-x and you could help me work out the kinks?

What open/closed loop? This is Int-X. There is only manifold pressure and injector staging involved. You have lean condition at the switch point between primary and secondaries. It is VERY difficult to get even Air Fuel ratio at the point where the injectors are switching because of the Int-X's coarseness. Most people just richen up the transition spot, but it still does not fully eliminate the problem.

My map does not have a switch point, simply because there are no primary, or secondary injectors. All injectors function 100% of the time and just the pulse width changes, so there is no need for switching between them. No lean spot, no hesitation when part throttle @ 2 psi, which you experience.

I will richen up the map overall by a certain % overall. and tell you how to lean it out, if necessary. (for safety) Same with the ignition.

You can buy my map, yes. As I said to you earlier when you PM'd me a month ago or so, but you need to send me your dongle, so I can load the map onto it. I could then tell you what to do to get it more or less spot on.

Vlad - what size injectors are you running?
If you have them all ganged, isn't your idle PW something like 1.2ms?

Stock Injectors.
Yes, that was one of the problems i had to find a work around for.
Well technically there is a switch point, it is barely above the idling. So while at idles, only the primaries are enabled. The rest comes in at just over 1000 rpm.

When you have a cold start and the idle is over 1000, doesn't it keep switching the second group on and off?

Actually when cold started it runs on all injectors, without going back and forth.
My switch point is at 1060 or something like that. Cold start idles higher than that.

It is not as perfect as OEM but quite manageable, and idles are acceptably smooth at around 13 AFR

Int-X is Int-X It is coarse, and somewhat hard to control in low rpms, but I found a way to work around that by manipulating other fuel controls, besides the matrix table.
