intreptor x setup

intreptor x setup
Hi Guys, I've got a problem with my car, I hope someone could help me.
So :
I have a 2005 Rx8 MT EUDM and I would use interceptor x as ecu.
This is my setup:
- FI greddy turbo kit
- p2 injectors upgraded 800cc(static floe before 408cc's/min both - static flow after = 800 cc's/min both - 15 sec @ 2,25 Bar = 200 - cc/min @ 2,25 Bar = 800
- AEM intake custom adapted for greddy turbo
- BNR turbocharger upgrade
- BHR ignition
- Sohn adapter
- BHR flywheel
- syncronic bow
- spark plugs NGK BUR9EQP for the lead position and NGK RE9B-T in the trailing position
- Walbro fuel pump
- catless Turboxs midpipe
My problem now is to get to a point in shortest time as possible because i need to keep using my car and I cannot park my dear for too long waiting for MM calibration service .
Obviously MM needs his time to do it but I really can't wait that long unfortunately
I would install interceptor x and eventually, when my car will finally work good I 'll ask to Jeff a calibration with AP .
now:
My tuner doesn't know how to tune a rotary engine and interceptor x, he likes it and just started studing it
Unfortunately no one in Italy knows anything about rotary engine anyway,so we must make it by our own.
Moreover the AP software isn't available for EUDM version
So, I would ask you if someone use int X on his car and if anybody could explain me how int x works and how I could tune it.
For example if someone has a setup like mine and could send me his map i could to work starting from that.
With these infos I'll be able to explain all to my tuner(obviously he isn't a stupid and do his work very good but not on rotary engines).
I m sure we can do a good job with your very precious help ,
I thank everyone who will reply to me in advance and I m really looking forward to get back from you guys
Best regards
Riccardo

Looks to me like you have made some great choices for your turbo setup . Don't spoil it by trying to run with inferior tuning . According to the thread below MM has the accessport available for the european market .
My advice would be to fit the turbo and go through his process but remove the wastegate actuator rod from the lever so that the turbo does not make boost in daily driving - until you are tuned .

In right MM tuned my car with the same setup but with another engine.....but after about 1 years I was only at 4 map...the AFR isn't good etc..
So, I broken my engine.
Ok, if I didn't drove my car now I have engine and ecu ok....but, you can undertand...1 or 2 years without car or with a FI/NA rx8 is horrible!
Now with new engine I must restart calibration service.............. I can't resist, it's too much time.
I think I can tune intx...and, in the mean time, restart with MM calibration.
I would drive on boost!! I sold my yamaha r1 for buy a new engine too.....
Sorry for my English, sometimes some my friends help me to translate.....this isn't one of that's times

Why would you go 1 or 2 years?
You sent your first submission in at the very end of 2009, after waiting 8 months from the date that you received your AccessPORT.
Then, it took you 4 months to send in your second submission.
I am slow, but I am not THAT slow!
As far as "AFR isn't good", your logs spoke otherwise, but the tune can only be as good as the datalogs represent.
Tuning the Interceptor-X is very similar to tuning any Microtech product. If your tuner isn't comfortable with what is, ostensibly, one of the oldest and best known (though, all things considered, pretty crappy) engine management systems, I would be shopping for a different tuner.

The poblem is that I'm tring a "solution" for use my 8 in the mean time you work on my ecu.
I remembered my car didn't go well..I should try my log,, with the fourth map I had some problem at 6500 rpm, ...and one night my engine broken at about 6500rpm
But ok this isn't a poblem, infact I didn't write nothing to you.
But now I have fear to broke another engine, that's all.
In the same time I would drive my car..FI if is possible
My tuner doesn't know microtech..I think in Europe we use other solution.
He tune subaru/lancer or bmw, alfa, lancia delta and many others..he uses different software but really I don't know notingh about.
I know he use these ecu's for example:
http://www.microtec.cc/cms/en/motorsport-products
I asked him if he could install a microtec(and not microtech ) solution on my car...but there isn't a specific wiring at this moment..

I am sorry to hear that. It is really important that if your AFRs go out of range (as indicated in the instructions) that you not over-extend the engine until it is resolved.

ok I check, so i never used last map(fourth) it arrived after I broken the engine.
With the third afr is ok 11,17 from 5800 to 9000 rpm..the problem was with second map I had 14 at about 4000 rpm and about 13 at 8500...-- I tried to drive slow but in about 2 month I drove for 10000km I think....-I don't know It that caused engine death..--
Now I would use AP tuned from you, because it's the best choice..but i would drive my car too.
Could you help me,or better,my tuner, to understand which is a good setup for int x(timing etc..)? A little seminar.
A have a emanage too...probably software is better than int, but I don't know which is better for me now(temporarily)...
