MMCCS procedure for fresh turbo install proceeding tune at dyno day?

I’ve looked through the calibration instructions for the MMCCS but I think I may be in a bit of a grey area. I have a turbo kit and a few other goodies which will be installed by Dave at Speed1 (KDR) in preparation for the MM Dyno day at the same shop on 10/23 where Jeff will tune the car. Since I don’t want to waste his time dealing with calibrations for my car NA what is the correct procedure to follow here?

According to the instructions, submissions without logs will be rejected but logging right now before the turbo is installed is obviously a waste of time. I will not be able to take these logs after the kit is installed since it will be 4 hours away at the shop awaiting the dyno day. I also don’t want to go into the dyno day unprepared and get in a situation where I didn’t provide adequate info ahead of time which results in the car not getting tuned given the limited timeframe we have to work with.
