Post your AP "dyno" results

I know the AP dyno feature will never be completely accurate, but just for funsies lets post our results. I did 3 pulls and wrote down the one that "could be" accurate.

349.99 HP @ 8399 rpm
236.55 TQ @ 2677 rpm

I wonder how close the AP dyno is to a real one.
Here is mine:
232.46HP @ 6802 rpm
182.33TQ @ 5231 rpm
(above numbers changed from original post because these were taken on a flat highway)

Not too bad considering my mods.
I'm also on the MM base tune map, so I'll do a run after each new map and see if anything changes.

I also wonder. I dyno'ed today and I'll do the AP tomorrow and make a comparison.
Should be interesting.

Hmm. Did you stop the pull @7k rpm?? Your max HP# should be higher based on the TQ#.

I wonder if we should use vehicle+driver when inputting the vehicle weight

Yup, under 'Performance'... same section that you can get a 0-60 and 1/4 mile time.

Just to clarify for those who haven't done this on the AP, these measurements are taken (by default) in 3rd gear from 2000 to 7000 rpm.

So my first AP dyno posted above was the first time I tried it.
I wasn't sure how it was going to work and hesitated at the beginning of the log.
Plus, I didn't do this on the highway because my dumbass didn't think about how fast I was going to go in 3rd gear at 7000 rpm

So today on my way to the parent's house I did a few logs on a flat highway and these were my max numbers:
232.46HP @ 6802 rpm
182.33TQ @ 5231 rpm

I did three logs and they varied by about 10, but I don't think you'll ever get three logs with the same data.
I'm curious what Easy comes back with on his Dyno comparison.
I'll do a few more logs on the same stretch of highway I got the above numbers from and see how they compare from day to day.

3d gear 2000 to 8000

205.18hp @7894 rpms
147.10tq @5890 rpms

I posted up these numbers the other day. I will do another on my way to work and see if there is any consistency to them....

Like everyone else I was getting some crazy high numbers and found that if you try and start in a higher rpm (higher than 2000 or so) you will see numbers like 380 or 491 NA.

Must be a new feature that's come out since I've been in the sand cause I don't remember that, cool though.

One nice thing is that if you choose to run in 3rd gear, it'll wait until you are in 3rd gear.
Then once you're in that gear, it'll wait until you drop below the beginning RPM (2K is default) before it begins the log.

Here is a question for you guys... shouldn't we be doing these AP Dyno runs in 4th gear instead of 3rd?

Not many have an area where they can "safely" do a 2k-8k run in 4th gear.

I, however, have access to a couple of roads that fit the bill. I will do a 2nd, 3rd, and 4th gear pull and post the results.
