Wait, what? Injectors have nothing to do with what gear you are in. Please provide more symptoms if you want an educated guess.

sorry about that. I'm not that great at explaining these things and I'm still tryin to figure it out myself. but I've noticed that when I am in second gear and at 7000 rpm which is where my secondary injecters are suppose to kick in. its like the power isn't there.

Pull your injectors, check, clean, or replace. Clean the valves while the intake manifold is off. Go over your fuel lines and check for flaws. Also ignition system can cause your loss of power issue at or above 6000 rpm. Without to much info, a number if things can cause similar symptoms. Be more specific, and try data logging for better reponses

This thread is full of win

OP: I can't feel my injectors?
BHOP: Just pull your motor.

So excited for the epic finally

For the record OP, you can't feel injectors. You may be referring to you APV valves at 7K RPM, reference intake valve cleaning as carbon buildup can cause them to stick. If you are sure it's over 7K then it must be APV as VDI and SSV are already open by then assuming your creating a high enough load.

BHOP: you have to pull the motor in order to remove the LIM to get to these valves.

As far as providing more help OP needs to correct his terminology and give a proper symptoms report as so far he has mad no sensible clam.

I think he is referring to power loss or choke like symptoms above 5000 rpm?

SSV/VDI can be retrieved without removing the motor but just the UIM. Its WAY easier to access the APV by pulling the motor. The injectors can and will cause the hiccup/ hesitation if they are faulty (dirty). The average person does not think injectors when this occurs but rather ignition coil, plugs, and wires. I just went through probably 50 threads with similar symptoms.

This is a good place to start....

First, they're called injectOrs. Searching for injectOrs problems might lead to better results than if you search for injectErs.

Secondly, search for SSV and other intake-related valves malfunctioning. They tend to stick over time or the solenoids fail and the results are very similar to what you're describing.
