i will speak to my friend he is a car designer at the art academy in frisco.. and will post something by tommorw i hope or saturday...also maybe instead of the rotor inlet on the side have it in the middle... i would then, since this is some what a show car have different led lights on the inside...so when the car is cold have a blue led light when it warms up have the led lighting transfer from blue to red...so when the car ready to go the rotor inlet with glow red...might look nice but wont be a street legal application. or you could just make the front bottom inlets both connect into the engine bay with like air duct piping from homedepot...thats what i used on my mazda mx6 turbo when i made a home made cold air intake...

I'm going to have to agree with Wakeech on this one (I usually do anyways! ). You only need so much air. I have to ask one question to everyone who thinks a really huge duct is neccessary. Where have you taken into account the fact that all of that air that enters the engine bay has to leave too? You honestly don't expect that much air to travel out the transmission tunnel do you? I haven't seen a single vent that lets air out. How about a redesigned hood that has tasteful vents. Take some hints from Ferrari for ideas. They do it properly unlike so many of those ugly Japanese aftermarket hoods. The car needs to cool down well and this is understood but remember that the larger the front vents are, the less aerodynamic the car is unless accounted for. Poor aerodynamics rob power and slow you down. There is a ton of room in the nose of that car. Has anyone thought about laying the radiator down a little more or moving it forward and then modifying the duct work? You could theoretically lay it completely down horizontally and still have it cool well if the ducting were done properly. Instead of modifying a body kit, modify the car itslef. This car is so wonderfully custom that it is only appropriate that the rest of the car be redone to compliment it. You could even use an existing body kit and modify the car behind the scenes. Can you say sleeper?!

here is a way to get rid of that excess heat under the hood. I had to use a pic with a different kit because of the angle and Sorry the chop isnt clean but I was only half way through and got tired so here ya go
Just elongate the indentation of the oem hood and slice it to make vents like the ones on the Type S hood for the FD.
