Question Aftermarket Fog Light Kits

Anyone here install aftermarket fog light kits? Looking to install smaller size fog lights than OEM on a mazdaspeed front bumper and am not sure about fitment. OEM foglight kit is a bit expensive so why not upgrade right? hehe.

Couple kits I'm looking at are: PIAA 1400, PIAA 1100X, or Hella Micro DE

I know FE3P has the Hella kit on his Vertex Lang Kit and looks nice but the Mazdaspeed front bumper depth to the oil cooler may be too shallow, since the Hella is almost 6 inches deep! And we've PM'd.

Anybody successfully install an aftermarket kit? Especially one of the ones named above?

go on ebay. i heard the OEM foglights are pretty cheap there. it is pretty expensive with the MS front bumper since you have to buy separate brackets specifcialyl for the MS bumper. i would stick with the OEM foglights though.

I'd rather mount them lower than the MS bracket location. Probably at the bottom of the oil cooler grill openings. I think that location would look better, rather than have them up so high. Probably need to fab a bracket. Does that sound like too much trouble than it's worth?

Some guy did it with the OEM front bumper in this thread.
