Do you think the reason they haven't made an aftermarket plug and play unit for the headlights is cause they're already decked out?

Do you think that something like the halos lights are in the works as an aftermarket unit?

What do you think about putting halo fog lights underneath the normal fog lights? And would this negatively affect air intake? or is it neglegable.
