Was curious about the fittment and quality. Didnt a lot of members want this style design?

 

they throw around "real carbon fibre" and "100% real carbon fibre" alot considering its mostly fibreglass.

 

I dunno, the "Actual product may vary from model" disclaimer sorta worries me

Don't be fooled by the "cheaper Carbon Fiber" hoods on ebay.

I don't know man. that seems to cheap for a C/F hood to me. Check out the link below. They look nice and I have seen some of them on 8's.

It is a little cheap, but it is a valid product! No pics but proof from MOMO that they do infact make that hood.

I emailed AAS and they have it in stock
they answered me really fast
I might get it
but they want 435.00 and ebay says 370.00 and they wont match the ebay price for me

 

the style of that hood is decent. Would look good painted. But, alas, it's fiberglass. I wouldn't pay 10 dollars for a fibreglass hood, I can make that **** myself.

 

No fiberglass here, all real carbon fiber (according to there description)

I don't believe them. A 100% carbon fibre hood would cost a **** load. Now, 100% real carbon fiber doesn't mean anything except that the carbon fibre they do use is 100% real, not that the hood is 100% carbon fibre. It could have a single layer of 100% real carbon fibre and their ad would be true. Carbon fibre is not cheap, certainly not this cheap.
