b pillar covers
something ive been thinking of, i just got photoshop working, its a cheap mod, uses vynal and matches up pretty good, if i decided i dont like it, i can just peel it off, opinions?

Isn't the b-pillar covered with a vynal/plasic black thing? I am pretty sure mine looked like it could be peeled off. If so, it should be painted under there.
I've thought about doing something like that, but i couldn't visualize a farther-away version. If you get bored, do one from a little bit further away. The black splits up the car, but I also get all these damn fingerprints on it. I'd like to not have those if it would still look okay.

Um... it is a sticker, as I was saying earlier. You don't need to get it painted. Just peel the black sticker off. Granted, I don't know how it looks under it, but the entire body is painted (even the insides), so I don't know why it wouldn't be.
If worse comes to worse, go buy the "piano" gloss pillar covers to replace it with.

I looked into doing that and my thoughts in the end were to leave it black before I finally went with the same b-pillar accents mentioned by ATL RX-8 above. I think that some form of black looks better because of the transition between the windows, IMO, it just doesn't look right without it.

It kinda looks like a real 4-dr sedan with body color there. The black visually 'hides' the door/door window separation. Now it forces you to confront visually the fact it has 4 drs, not a pretty sight IMO.
