Unhappy Backlight Fog

Hi guys it looks like i got some water in my left backlight and now everything is fogged up. Does anyone know how I can take it off/apart so I can clean it out?

It should be covered under warranty, just take it to your Mazda Dealership, they'll replace it for free.

very few ppl have ever got the tailight apart successfully without damaging it....

just get it replaced is my advice, especially if you have warrantee. talk to RotaryRasp about disassembly if you HAVE to

mazda has been pretty good about replacing that, its a normal issue with the 8's tailights

usually when they fog up, it's cuz the gasket is off on some ends. i had some condensation of the corner and i glued the gasket back on. hasn't happened again.

Smile Got IT!

Thanks guys, I eventually figured out how to take my back light off.
After that i turned and shaked it so most of the water got out, then I took a blow drier and dried the fog.

Hope it doesnt happen again.
