Other than the mazdaspeed bumper (which i just found out was discontinued), what bumpers have great fitment to them?

nothing will ever be as good 'out of the box' as OEM.
Even high end JDM bumpers will require some level of work by your body shop to get to fit but those will always require much LESS then replicas or ebay garbage.

best that I have seen are Au-to bahn sports and Vertex Lang

My Au-to bahn was probably a 9/10 straight out of the box, needed VERY little work at the shop to achieve OEM fitment

Vertex Lang is also extremely good: Newcastle's front bumper was a VERY tight fit but with a little adjustments by the body shop it now fits just as good as an OEM. I would say it was 8/10 out of the box.
