Why not take to a dealer, bad dealership where you are? Other then that take the lights off and use a hairdryer and the reseal them I guess.

I am assuming you are getting the typical condensation in the rear driver side tail light assembly. Easiest most safe method is to use an air compressor to blow the air out, other method which is more risky is to turn on a high watt lamp and evaporate the water out, but do not let the lamp get too close or let the tail lamp get too hot or the clear plastic will end up melting completely. After it is all out, install all your bulbs but not the harnesses. Use very high quality automotive duct tape to seal up all the small hole you can see that might let water in. Hold a flashlight up on the outside of the unit and use duct tape until you cannot see any light coming through the other side where the light bulbs insert. My RX-8 was involved in a small fender bender on the rear left before I got it and so the factory will not cover this repair so I have had to get creative! Let me know if you have any problems. New fixture on ebay is around $40 if you mess up.

baking is good but you have to take it out.

Otherwise I like the compressed air method.
