They are two different cars of course, the first one looks to be a leather package at first and converted the color scheme. The second one looks like it was a cloth set up first and was changed to leather. Just look at the power seat controls on the first one and the manual controls on the second one, also look at the plastic backing on the first one and the lack of it on the second one. I prefer the look of the second one myself.

I like it! I might get my Winning Blue done that way, though I think I'll skip the blue accessory box covers. The blue seat inserts and side door side panels look very professional and blend in well with the interior.
Add a black/blue steering wheel and you'd have a perfect car. On further reflection, I'd get mine done in a darker blue to blend in better with the black, but that's just a personal preference - I thing your car looks super.
