I am interested in getting the Tsunami front, but I will not be able to use the side markers. Does anyone know whether or not this is legal? Will it pass inspection? I don't want to pay an assload of money for the kit and then have it painted, only to find out that it's against the law. Any help would be appreciated.

I was looking at the Tsunami kit also. I looked through the description of the kit carefully that was provided the makers and it actually said that they provide a Aftermarket Side Market kit for the body kit if you are worried about legal issues.

So suspect that Tsunami is refering to the legality of having no side marker and doesn't want to be responsible for it.

I don't think a cop would pull you over just for a side marker issue, but if you get pulled over for speeding, a cop may give you a fix-it-ticket if he notices it.

As for her car, it looks great, there are also some picture of it at sevenstock i think. Yeah no side markers but it is a different look, great look. Take a look at the project rx-8 car on show and drift website. Awesome car.

most of the time cops dont notice it if its missing...but if they're asses and want to pull you over and they notice it...yea...its illegal to not have sidemarkers...heck, its illegal to have it in a different color other than amber xP
