bottom side injury problems?? mazdaspeed?

Heey guys ..

i orderet the mazdaspeed bodykit for my 8... but the problem is that i have a small injury in the place i am to mount the side skirts.. i dont know if this will give me any problems or if the skirt simply is gonna cover it up (wich i hope ^^)

how do you fasten the side skirt's ? thats what im worry'ed about if its where the insjury is so i cant? .. any one who knows if im gonna have any trouble?? i attached some pictures =)

let me guess,, your car slipped off the jack,,,
Same thing happened to me seconds before I was about to crawl under it,, scare the **** outta me...
The sideskirt should be able to cover it...

yea thats what im doing with my side skirts, i turned left into a really high curb when i first got the car, now there's a huge dent under there, the seibon skirts i got covers it nicely

wow Rotr8 :D youre good.. that really is what happent.. hehe.. not to me though.. it was the previous owner who made that.. ! ..

but anyway .. thanks guys cant wait to get the skirts then ^^ !

The only problem you might have is with the fastener in that area. It may not seat properly if the hole that you'll drill is in the dented area. Other than that, you should be good to go.

yeah thats exacly what i was worryed about :-/ .. i dont know how the mazdaspeed side skirts are being hold in place ? ..

Its been about 4 years since i installed mine, but as i remember the sideskirt gets held in place with brackets by the 2 wheel wells and then also down the length of the car you drill 2-3 holes where fasteners get put in place and the sideskirt bolts to the car
