well... this isn't likely going to make you feel better, but the ms side skirts cost around $700 alone, so if you got the skirts and rear installed, you didn't lose too much on the deal.
You should post this on the good guy, bad guy forum.

ouch man...i truly hate that one for you...
a good shop should be able to fix it up right for you...you might end up paying what you would for the REAL MS kit but..at least it'll look good...

What do you mean screwed if it isn't right?? Did they tell you it would or wouldn't fit when you bought it? It looks like crap from your pics. You would not have bought it if you knew that is how it looked.
Hopefully you paid with a credit card?? Call your bank and tell them you want to do a charge back cause what you got from them is not right and they will not do anything about it. Both of you will have to fill some forms out but it is worth it, cause these kind of people should not be in business. Don't let them get away with it.
Always buy mail order on a credit card for this very reason.
Good luck.

Under the Terms/Conditions agreement which I did read prior to ordering(just never thought it would happen) Which you all are very much entitled to read for yourselves...
It says that Fiberglass/polypro kits arent gaurenteed, and any defects/problems you may have upon recieving and installing is on you ...
They do NOT refund.
Sad to say I was burned I just dont want anyone other fellow rx8 owners to experiance the same.
The good thing is that the sideskirts look great as well as the rear defuser.
However I could get the gaps filled and fixed/straightened ... But the whole point was to get a decient priced kit w/o paying 2k+ for... For now I will just keep the stock front bumper until the (real) MS bumper goes down or something better comes out as far as looks and preformance.

Damn that SUCKS. In their defense though body kits NEVER fit without some modification. It's impossible to get fiberglass to come out right on after the 20th kit. The mold just doesn't stay the right shape. This kit was also probobly a copy of a 2nd or 3rd copy kit. They also could be selling 2nd or 3rd rate product rejects from a reputable company, this is why it's so cheap. That's just how they are.
I paid almost $4000 for mine and the rear bumper needed a little work to get it to fit perfectly. I also paid $550 for my Eclipse body kit and spent $3000 to get it moulded onto the car.
If the price is too good to be true then the deal probobly is too.
Sorry about your luck.
