Brake Caliper Paint
#26
Black all the way, red calipers are so over played.
Black will not scream out at you like red will, but it looks great when someone is really looking at the detail of your car. I painted my calipers black on my Brilliant Black 8, as well as the inside of the rotor. it looks like the rotor is floating, and really gives it a nice suttle clean look to it.
Good luck with the decision

According to this poll, red was the winner. Since I was kind of leaning towars red as well, I bought a red caliper paint kit. I saw the DupliColor kit at Pep Boys so I decided to give it a try; I was going to go with G2 initially. The DupliColor kit is less expensive than a similar G2 kit. I hope the quality is gonna be similar as well.
Anyway, I'm gonna try to find some time to paint the calipers soon. The kit's been sitting in my room for the past two weeks...Pics will follow once I'm done.

Black is absolutely worth the effort. The dirty gray-ish rusty color of the OEM is farkin awful. Black to look clean but subtle, red to stand out - like everyone else.
So you've already picked red. Cool. Honestly ANY color will look cleaner than stock gray.
NOW - Go back to the store, get black (or silver/gray) paint and DO THE ROTOR HUBS when you do the calipers. They may not be rusty now, but inside a year or 2 (depending on your location - I didn't think to check) you will wish you painted the hubs.
trust me, cuz right now I'm drooling jealously over 987hys' hubs.
