Bumber removal for headlight access?

I just ordered a visionpro HID conversion kit without knowing that i would have to remove the bumper. Is this easy to do?? the website and the instructions make it sound very easy but if someone has any experience doing this please help me out thanks.

Its not too hard, taking the connectors off the fog lights is the biggest pain. Skillful use of a long, thin screwdriver help with that.

As far as removing the bumper it's just snaps and bolts that are all fairly accessible. The snaps for the fog harness can be a bitch to reach. Might be a little easier if the front is jacked up a hair to reach the underneath ones but is not necessary if your car is at stock height. Doesn't take long at all if you have paperwork pointing out the bolt locations. I think it took me like a half hour tops to remove and replace when I installed my oil-cooler screens. You'll need a flathead and phillips head (for the snaps) and the appropriate socket (for the bolts). When you go to put it back on you may want someone to help you hold it to line up properly.

I have an HID conversion kit...didn't have to take the bumper off either. I just installed everything thru the fender well. As far as the kit itself, it's a matter of connecting a couple wire harnesses and and mounting the ballast securely to the vehicle.

I removed my front bumper when installing the HID kit just so i could mount the ballast right behind the bumper when i put it back on so it would have the least possibility of contact with water. plus the ballast fit perfectly there.

ok i managed to install the HID's with LOTS of help from I8U, thanks man, but, my headlights are definitely not aligned properly, my left one seems a bit bright and aiming down a bit
and the right one is aiming all the way down. How do i fix this, isnt there a shop manual that says theres a way to adjust them up and down with a screwdriver?
