Sorry I haven't replied in a while, but I was not able to convince anyone to sell me some more of this stuff. Apparently, the factory frowns on selling any "raw" materials, and this was a one shot "hook-up" (if you will) for me.
I tried.
I tried.

If anyone is still looking for mesh, I found a website HERE that sells sheets. A better way to go than purchasing a premade piece for a truck, then cutting it up.
The size and weave looks comparable to what I have, so for those who liked the look, here's a supplier.
BTW, it's still looking great, and I haven't had any problems with bugs or anything of the sort. In fact, I frequently pluck large dragonflies, pieces of mulch, and pebbles out of the lower air splitter when I arrive at my destination. These could have damaged the radiator or A/C system, as someone here on the forum had happen. (Hymee, I believe?)
I highly recommend this mod.
*EDIT* I just realized that the thread DMENAC 7 is running with his grill project mentions this site. Odd coincidence. His project appears to be a good choice for those who don't want to go through the fabbing process like he and I did. (cutting this stuff is a PAIN!) I'd recommend everyone purchase this when he makes it available.

Stainless Steel woven mesh, 5x5
McMaster Carr sells the 5X5 stainless steel grill material that is nearly identical to the CTS grill. They use this stuff on Aston, Bentley, Jags and on the copy cat CTS. www.mcmaster.com and search "woven wire". A 5x5 stainless woven wire costs about $10 per sqft.
