Carbon Creations front bumper or C West front bumper?
So I have a duraflex front bumper and I know bad choice but I loved the design. I know that carbon creations makes the same bumper but in carbon. I am wondering if anyone has had experience with this bumper? Is its fitment the same a my duraflex? And is it as sturdy? The reason I want this bumper so bad is 1. It will be the same as the one I have now, and 2. I would get it painted to show carbon on the lower fins and to flow with my carbon hood which I think would look sweet. I am also in love wit h the C West front bumper. The Look is just fantastic, but I have no experience with C West, fitment, durability etc. The reason I am replacing is because my duraflex bumper now is cracking and the paint is bubbling in the crease that runs from the inner most point of each headlight. Anyone know what this is? Thanks and would appreciate any input, but no bashing for duraflex, I know I took a gamble and lost.
Cheers.

Carbon Creations = Duraflex = Extreme Dimensions = a waste of money. No seriously, it's all the same company with different names selling cheap crap that breaks easilly. Duraflex? ha yeah right. Those videos you see of them bending the crap out of them is BS. They might be able to look decent, even nice with enough work/bondo/money, but if you have a body shop just slap it on and paint it, it's gonna be a big waste of money.

I was planning on doing any fitment myself so that wouldn't be too big of a risk or the slapping on and hoping for the best. And good I was thinking of C West myself. Funny story, yesterday went to get my alignment checked and the idiots drove my car up on the rack without lowering ramps when I told them they would need them! Guess who is making them pay for repairs or new bumper! Also, are there any other bumpers that are polyurthane and not fiberglass that are worth buying in this price range? I don't want to spend more than prob 800. Or anyone know of a used MS bumper?

Shine so far seems to have a rep that fits almost perfect. Or aleast that is what I have researched so far? I found two shine bumpers that pretty much fit perfect aside from the passenger side side marker, but that is an easy fix. It even shows on their website.

It depends on your version of perfect, I have seen shine products in person for both RX7's and RX8's and the fitment is marginal at best. Without body shop work that is. Of course with a proper body shop anything can be made to fit for a price.

Ah well thanks for the input from everyone, I guess I have mistaken shine then. So C West is looking rather confident in my choices. Anyone have any idea where I can pick up a tsunami front? I would love the option of polyurethane.

Well I am willing to put in the work for it to fit. I am just worried about getting another fiberglass bumper cracking right at the crease at the inner most of each headlight. Does this happen a lot with fiberglass bumpers?
