Carbon Fiber Mazdaspeed Wing

I Need one. I really love the design, but I need one made in Carbon Fiber for my goal of ricing my car with heavier than stock bodykits...

Problem is, who still produce them? Carbon Creations? Their website not working at all and I am not sure if they are still in business... http://www.carbon-creations.com/

I tried find one in used FS forums but it has been a pain so far...

Please help a boy who dreamed of drilling his rx8's trunk and slap on a CF Mazdaspeed wing so his godson of 2 years old won't ask him why the "Lightning McQueen" doesnt have a wing.

This is REAL...I need a nice CF wing!

THANKS x 1000!

WHERE CAN I FIND THESE???

This one is from Carbon Creations...cheapest on eBay so far?

Fitment is HORRIBLE? I tried many times searching for the Carbon Creations' history with this wing in rx8club but can't find any posts...

My trunk has no drill holes...if the only thing is about the position of the drill holes over stock I can stand....

Anyway, that make 2 of us. Let the search continues!

Thanks for the link man! I think I started one myself lol

http://www.carbon-fiber-hoods.com/en...arget=d50.html

For ppl in US...MSRP: $599 Our Price: $549 Shipping Included!

Maybe?

I'd rather get one used with fitment fixed...so don't need the pain again...

I will keep updating this thread with info...thanks!

Hmm, who makes the one from carbon-fiber-hoods? Pretty cheap and the picture looks good, but of course that doesn't mean a thing when you actually get it. :P

a low quality "carbon fiber" wing reallly isn't that light.

most lower quality carbon fiber piece (trunk, hood, wing, etc) are just fiberglass cored pieces that are wrapped in carbon fiber.

a true dry carbon piece would save weight. but 95% of people wouldn't pay for it.

maybe. I've never heard of a VIS Mazdaspeed Style Wing. The Carbon Creations one sucked crap. VIS and CC do make their own hoods though, and the VIS hood is way better than CC.

yeah i believe rotary exteme is the only company that made an acceptable quality mazdaspeed replica wing in carbon fiber. carbon creations is just crap.

that being said. where on earth would i be able to get the rotary extreme sideskirts with the carbon fiber lip and mazdaspeed wing in carbon fiber? i feel bad for not getting them when they were in business

It's all about the looks.

CF cover over fiberglass is ok.
